Please note: our regular shipping time frame is currently being affected by procedures we have put in place to ensure the well-being of our team and customers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. This also applies to our shipping partners. Your order may not arrive within our normal shipping window - but we thank you for your understanding in what is a challenging time for all of us.

At Calico our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts
PROCESSING TIME
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
- All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- The manufacture and delivery service process the orders which takes an additional 2-4 days.
SHIPPING TIME
This refers to the time is takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- International delivery usually takes about 7-30 business days.
- US orders are shipped by e-packet which is a US postal product.
- After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
- For orders with multiple items, your goods may be shipped to you separately if they are stored at seperate locations. You will not be charged additional fees for this and it ensures the most efficient shipment.
